“Face to face” Project Team radically changes the format and efficiency of business communications.

On April 27, 2012, residents of Technopark “Idea” and Kazan Business Community met in Technopark in a new format of intensive business-communications within the “face to face” project which has joined more than 400 businessmen of Tatarstan.
Thuswise, within four hours entrepreneurs from Kazan did their businesses at high rates in Technopark “Idea”. Interactive master class for the participants of the meeting was held by educational partner of International Business Education Center LINK “Moderation. The first step to a successful project”. Tutor, a consultant of project management Igor P. Kostenko told what youneed for efficient project management and how to implement business ideas. Communication in “face to face” format was the end of the meeting. Every businessman had three minutes for presentation of himself, his project and exchange business cards with each participant of the meeting, in the other words, each participant conducted over 70 “mini-negotiations”.
In addition, businessmen had the opportunity to consolidate the established contacts in informal conversation during a coffee break, where entrepreneurs “sharpen” their acquired contacts by conducting more detailed talks on possible interaction ways with a partner or client.
The result of participation in such event is a set of valuable business contacts due to which it is really easy to work on “warm contacts” following the meeting.
It is symbolic that the Technopark’s innovative platform became the venue for the ninth innovative communication platform of Tatarstan Business Community.
Regularly from 85 to 95 companies are localized in Technopark “Idea”. Many companies in search of potential partners and customers are turning to foreign markets, while forgetting that their partner or customer may be outside the next door or nearby business incubator.
The “face to face” project provided residents of Technopark “Idea” with another opportunity to feel a part of a single body titled as the innovation infrastructure where each company is involved in social, economic and political life of the republic. In turn, the Business Community of Kazan had the opportunity of forming relationship with innovative companies partially setting the tone for the economy innovation development in the republic.
The success of the “face to face” project says geography of its implementation. In addition to Kazan platform, the project of intensive business communications gains momentum in Naberezhnye Chelny as well.
Videoconferencing, conducted within the meeting in Technopark, brought together entrepreneurs from Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny which was held parallel to the tenth face to face meeting of Business Community. The meeting was attended by more than 60 entrepreneurs of Autograd. Businessmen were able to greet each other on-line.
Prize drawing from the “face to face” project organizers and photo shoot of participants were organized at the end of the event.
The project “face to face” is rightfully considered one of the fast developing projects in the field of business support and development in the Republic ofTatarstan . The main objective of the project – formation a single business information community of the city, republic, country, where members know each other by sight. The newly minted members of the Business Community “face to face” will be able to take advantage of acquired business contacts in their business, to take part in affiliate programs of the project, to exchange ideas, to solve socially significant issues by joint efforts.
