This was announced at a seminar-meeting, which was held in Technopark “Idea” on October 14, 2016. Seminar-meeting “Resources of the state support of Tatarstan for the development of innovative project creativity of the youth” brought together the organizers of the republican and regional stages of national competitive events, as well as representatives of ministries and departments of the republic. The speakers spoke about the work being done by organizations to identify, develop and support talented youth.
Opening the event, Executive Director of Talent University Aydar Akmalov told about the aims and objectives of the organization: “Our goal is to create an information and communication platform for the development and consolidation of talents in Tatarstan. We want to build relationships with all organizers of contests and competitions and to create a system so that more young people know about these contests, to involve them in the decision of innovative problems. Our task is to create an environment for the development of young people to apply their talents here in their native land. After all, Tatarstan has a lot of opportunities for that”.
CEO of Technopark “Idea” Sergey Yushko presented programs of the Foundation for Assistance of Innovation; he also spoke about republican programs, organized and conducted by Technopark.
Head of Department of the Development of Innovative Activity of the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Arsen Savva said that now in the republic is almost completely created infrastructure for youth development, now we need to build a favorable environment for it and to grow cadres by ourselves.
Following the meeting, it was announced the establishment of the republican register of the most important competitions and grants for young people, as well as the formation of a single data bank of all the winners of Olympiads and competitions on the basis of the State Program. Talking about the registry, Aydar Akmalov explained that Russia already has such register of events. It is annually approved by the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation. All selection criteria that formed the basis of the republican register, was set by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan on the approval of a concept of the development and implementation of intellectual and creative potential of children and youth of Tatarstan “Perspektiva”, which exists in the republic for 4 years. The selection of events will be carried out by scientific expert council of the State Program, which includes representatives of the scientific community of Tatarstan and Russia. Further, the register will be considered by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board of the State Program.
