Acceptance of application for participation in the programs “START” and “UMNIK” continues, implemented by the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere (the Foundation for Assistance).
The program “START” aims to create new and support existing small innovative companies, seeking to develop and master the production of new goods, products, technologies or services using the results of own scientific, technical and technological research that are at an early stage of development and have significant commercialization potential.
Funding under the program “START” is carried out in the form of a grant allocated for applicants, selected by results of competition, for R&D. The program is implemented in 3 stages, total amount of funding is up to 9 million rubles:
“START-1” – 1st year - up to 2 million rubles;
“START-2” – 2nd year - up to 3 million rubles in case of 100% financing;
“START-3” – 3rd year – up to 4 million rubles in case of 100% financing.
Physical persons and legal entities - subjects of small entrepreneurship in accordance with the Federal Law of 24.07.2007 No. 209-FZ- can take part in the competition “START-1”.
Applications for the competition are accepted until October 30, 2016 through an automated system at: http://online.fasie.ru.
The program “UMNIK” aims to support young scientists seeking self-actualization through innovation activity.
The Program is open to physical persons from 18 to 30 years inclusive, who are citizens of the Russian Federation, and previously have not won in the program “UMNIK”.
The application is made and filed by the representative of the Foundation in the region.
