A quarterly meeting with residents was held at the Technopolis “Himgrad” on July 14, 2016. On the eve of the 10th anniversary of “Himgrad”, the site was visited by the First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – Director of Business Development Department Rustem Sibgatullin, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of RT Ildar Mingaleev, CEO of the Fund for Support of Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Afonin, Deputy Director of the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan Fanis Khakimullin.
Among those who came to the meeting of residents were representatives of the key companies of Technopolis: LLC “Scientific and production enterprise “Tasma”, LLC “Kazan plant of modern packaging”, LLC “PTO Medtekhnika”, OJSC “Start”, “Danaflex NANO”, Factory paint “Lakko” and others. Total the quarterly meeting was attended by more than 60 people – executives and employees of companies-residents of “Himgrad”.
Welcoming the residents, CEO of “Himgrad” Airat Gizzatullin noted that a key theme of the meeting is to inform residents about measures of state support, which development institutions of small and medium businesses are willing to provide to entrepreneurs today: “Residents of “Himgrad” annually participate in the programs of support of small and medium-sized businesses. It is important that the support measures are going in the direction of the development of demand for products of small and medium-sized businesses, this is the kind of support which is increasingly required our enterprises”. The First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan – Director of Business Development Department Rustem Sibgatullin and CEO of the Fund for Support of Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Afonin told about public funding programs and mechanisms of participation of the entrepreneurs.
A performance of representative of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere (FASIE) in the Republic of Tatarstan, CEO of Technopark “Idea” Sergey Yushko aroused particular interest among the residents of Technopolis, who spoke about the mechanisms of obtaining a grant from the Foundation for Assistance. Residents of “Himgrad” are not the first year participating in selection competitions of the Foundation for Assistance. So, in 2015, residents had received grants in the amount of 61.2 million rubles.
Also as part of the quarterly meeting, the representative of the Investment and Venture Fund told the meeting participants about the conditions of concessional co-financing industrial projects within the program of the Industrial Development Fund and the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan “Development Projects”. Partners of the events are LLC “Tatneft-AZS Center” and JSC “TATSOTSBANK” that implements the city program of preferential crediting of small and medium-sized businesses with interest rate subsidies from the budget of the city of Kazan, presented the residents unique products.
The event ended with a solemn presentation of diplomas and letters of thanks of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan. The heads of resident companies and employees have received diplomas from the hands of the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan Ildar Mingaleev.
