The elections of chief and deputy chief experts for the next National Championship, which will take place in 2017 in the Krasnodar region, were carried out on the final of the National Championship “Young Professionals” (WorldSkills Russia) 2016 to each competency. According to international regulations, to nominate their own candidate for the chief expert could only participants with experience in two or more National Championships conducted by WorldSkills standards. All experts, working on the site at the competition days, have voting rights. The elections were held by open vote with the registration of voting protocol, with the personal signature of everyone who voted.
“We see the upgrade on many of the competences and this is a positive trend. Such dynamics is caused, first of all, the regional movement development of the WorldSkills Russia movement and the development of the expert community in each federal district”, – said CEO of the Union “WorldSkills Russia” Robert Urazov.
CEO of the Laser Center of the Republic of Tatarstan (resident of Technopark “Idea”) Nikolai Nasonov was defined the main expert according to the results of the elections in the competence of the “Laser technology”.
Note that Nikolai Nasonov will be the chief expert at the All-Russian Championship the second year in a row. “We support both adult participants and a program of early vocational guidance and the foundations of professional training of schoolchildren JuniorSkills at WorldSkills Russia, – said Nikolai Nasonov. - For example, 4 adult participants and 8 schoolchildren were passed in the final of the All-Russian competitions in 2016 in our competence”.
According to Nikolai Nasonov, now there is considering in cooperation with the leadership of the movement WorldSkills Russia a question to make the competence of the “Laser technology” international. “The Laser Center has about 75 partners around the world, all of them have posted information about a competence on their websites”, - said Nikolai Nasonov. – We tell them about our initiative in the framework of WorldSkills and invite teams to take part in the Championship”. It is necessary to organize holding of the competence in 5 countries to make its international. We are now studying this question. It would be great to have technological competence, which will be entered by Russia, in 2019 at the WorldSkills in Kazan. As soon as we make a final decision – it will be clear whether the competence of the “Laser technology” at the international WorldSkills Championship 2019 in Kazan”.

The First Expert Championship, which was attended by more than 1,000 experts of the WorldSkills movement, were held within the framework of the final of the National Championship “Young professionals” (WorldSkills Russia) 2016.
