Today students of the Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev (KNRTU-KAI) have discussed fundamentals of high-tech management.
Head of the Department for External Relations and PR of Technopark “Idea” Evgeniy Malikov told the students about features of the commercialization of own products and business activity in the field of high technology. He acquainted the students with the main stages of the development of start-up projects, venture financing capabilities of innovative activity and features of marketing communications.
An issue of the protection of intellectual property has caused a special interest among the students. Evgeniy Malikov noted that the legal protection of intellectual property is becoming a priority. There is a work on improvement of the existing legislation at the state level. At the same time, the speaker noted that in the presentation of ideas it should not be afraid of its theft: “The idea is valuable when there is someone who can implement it. The idea is monetized only when there is a plan for the implementation and development of the project”.
Note that the discipline “Management of High Technologies” today has been led by Professor of KNRTU-KAI, Vice-President of Nanotechnology Society of Russia, Honored Economist of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan Boris Pavlov. At the lecture, in particular, he told the students about the industrial clusters of the country and the opportunities that it offers to enterprises.
