The I Annual Forum Breakpoint has started today in Technopark “Idea”. The event attracted more than 200 students and young specialists of technical specialties from Tatarstan and neighboring regions.
The purpose of the Forum is to promote the formation of responsible and independent young leaders among young people of a technical profile, who in the future will be able to realize their potential in technical companies, creating positive changes for Russia.
The speakers included CEO of Technopark “Idea” Sergey Yushko, a leading coach of the Business case of KFU club Fedor Badygin, head of the Laboratory of Innovation and Media Communications ITIS (Kazan Federal University) Vladimir Sychenkov, representatives of small and medium-sized businesses.
Addressing the participants of the forum, Sergey Yushko noted the importance of the university environment, proper goal setting, as well as the ability to develop their skills. During his speech, Sergey Yushko told about competitions and grants where modern students can take part, about opportunities for internships and work in the resident companies of Technopark. “Set goals, implement and always develop”, - said Sergey Yushko.
The head of the forum BreakPoint Enzhe Gafiatullina told that on the first day of the forum, participants are introduced to the executives of the companies and learn how to set goals. “Tomorrow in the program will be a meeting with representatives of small and medium-sized businesses, an overview of the labor market, a lecture on current trends in the creation of a career and many other interesting and useful information”, - explained Enzhe Gafiatullina.
A first-year student of the Institute of Aviation, Land Transport and Energetics of KNRTU-KAI Ildar Khairutdinov said that he has come to the forum to study the experience of successful entrepreneurs and executives. “I’m learning to engineer- constructor, but there are a few business ideas and, after listening to the first speakers, I can already say that there are some plans to implement my ideas. The main thing is to use previous experience, to believe in yourself and everything will be fine”.
Note that for the first time the forum BreakPoint was held in 2013 in Moscow. From 2014 the forum is held in the regions of the Russian Federation: in 2014 year - in 6 cities, in 2015 year - in 8 cities. The main organizer of the forum is Representation of the International Youth Organization AIESEC in Kazan.
