The Republic of Tatartsan became the “pilot” region where in 2016 will be provided services of the Corporation in the multifunctional centers for providing state and municipal services (MFC).
Agreement on cooperation between JSC “Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” and the State Budgetary Institution “Multifunctional Center for providing state and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan” has been signed today during a meeting of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and CEO of JSC “Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” (the Corporation “SMEs”) Alexander Braverman.
Signatures under the document were put by the State Secretary – Deputy Chief Executive Officer of JSC “Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” Natalia Larionova and Director of the State Budgetary Institution “Multifunctional Center for providing state and municipal services in the Republic of Tatarstan” Lenara Muzafarova.
This agreement has become a continuation of earlier agreements on joint work in the framework of an Agreement on cooperation between the Republic of Tatarstan and JSC “Federal Corporation for the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises” signed by Rustam Minnikhanov and Alexander Braverman within this meeting.
One of the key areas of cooperation with the “Corporation “SMEs” will be the promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan in the extension of the share of participation in the procurement of the largest state-owned companies, as well as cooperation in infrastructure development, preparation of proposals on improvement of measures to support small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), training of the population in the basics of entrepreneurship and encouraging entrepreneurs to make information in the formed Unified Register of SMEs.
At the same time entrepreneurs of the republic can apply for support directly to the Corporation “SMEs”, as well as through the MFC.
At the first stage in MFC will be provided three services of the Corporation:
- a service for the selection of information about real estate included in the lists of state and municipal property, provided in accordance with part 4 of Article 18 of the Federal Law from 24/07/2007 No. 209-FZ “About development of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation” SMEs;
- a service of the provision of information about the organization of the participation of SME in the procurement of goods, works, services defined by the Government of Russian customers;
- a service of the provision of information about the forms and conditions of financial support to SMEs.
To apply to the MFC for these services entrepreneurs will be able from 1 September of the current year after the creation of specialized information system by the Corporation “SMEs” and training of the MFC employees.
