The final of the VII Annual Republican contest “Tatarstan Erudite 2015” has been held today in Technopark “Idea”.
2,650 students have participated in the competition over 7 years. This year there have been submitted more than 300 applications.
The competition is aimed to support creative and intellectually gifted children, to identify the level of general knowledge of students and level of formation of professionally significant qualities.
Opening the final part, CEO of Technopark “Idea” Sergey Yushko noted the importance of such competitions: “Since 2015 the rules of admission to higher educational institutions of the country are changing. Probably, the list of contests and competitions will be expanded, the winners of which will have an advantage when enrolling. Participating in competitions today, you are creating your future”, - said Sergey Yushko.
At the competition students have answered questions from different fields of activity, such as philology, chemistry, physics, biology and mathematics. Separately, the youth of Tatarstan have decided issues in the field of nanotechnology under the category “Nano-IQ”, organized by Technopark “Idea”.
In 2011 Technopark “Idea” established the category “Nano-IQ” within the framework of the contest. This year it has been revealed the winners during the nomination. According to the results of the two-stage selection the winners of the nomination have been become Bulat Maksudov (School No. 9, Kazan), Andrey Kobelev (School No. 35, Nizhnekamsk) and Arthur Yanbekov (School No. 39, Kazan).
Traditionally the winners of the contest “Tatarstan Erudite 2015” have been identified in two categories: grades 7-9 and grades 10-11.
Among the participants in grades 7-9 the best has become Valentina Danilova (School No. 9, Kazan), and among high school students the title of academician has been received by Alexey Sorokin (School No. 35, Nizhnekamsk).
