The program “Development” is aimed at providing grants to small innovative enterprises for financial support of performance of scientific and research, experimental-design works at the high stage of readiness in the framework of implementation of innovative projects on the design and development of new types of high technology products.
The program is focused on the support of developed companies that have a positive business reputation and experience in sales of high technology products on the market, but feel the need for additional research and development, allowing to increase efficiency of work by diversifying their production or reducing costs through the introduction of new technical solutions.
Grants are available to small innovative enterprises in the amount of no more than 15 million rubles under the condition of co-financing from own and (or) attracted funds of third parties in the amount of not less than 50% of the grant amount. The implementation term of R&D is 12 months.
The contest is open to legal entities operating for at least two years, corresponding to the requirements of the Federal Law from July 24, 2007 № 209-FZ “About development of small and medium entrepreneurship in the Russian Federation”, submitted the application with all necessary documents in the information system of the Foundation.
The program is implemented under section 24 of the Plan of priority measures for sustainable economic development and social stability in 2015 (Anti-crisis plan), approved by decree of the Government of the Russian Federation on January 27, 2015, No. 98-r.
The selection of projects is taken into account the socio-economic effect from implementation of the project for the region, the company’s influence on the development of innovative territorial clusters, the company’s involvement in the supply chain of large technology businesses, as well as the potential for import substitution developments in the domestic market and to increase the proportion occupied by the Russian market.
Applications will be accepted from 10:00 am (GMT) hours on May 12, 2015 to 11:59 (GMT) pm hours of June 14, 2015.
