First the Prime Minister Rustam Minnikhanov inspected the
Industrial Park «Himgrad» is supposed to be oriented to such fields as petrochemistry and oil processing and based on three key enterprises (including, “Kazanorgsintez” PLC and “Nizhnekamsneftekhim” PLC), that will allow to develop small businesses.
It was IT Park area that the Prime Minister visited later on – this Park is to be placed in the territory of military registration and enlistment office. The model of IT Park – 4-6-storied premise with underground parking and business-hotel – was presented to Rustam Minnikhanov.
“At the moment main activities of both construction areas are providing the engineering facilities and implementing the land works”- , said the Prime Minister.
The total amount of government financing of the
- $ 8.2 million of them – from the federal budget;
- $ 16.1 million of them – from the regional budget.
It is planned to spend $131.6 million of federal budget in creating the High Technology Park in
“According to the business plan it is planned to involve more than $ 3.9 million of private finances of individual investors”, - said the Minister of telecommunications of Tatarstan Republic Farit Fazylzyanov. The total amount of the Project financing is $ 300.8 million in 2007-2010.
The First Vice-Prime Minister of Tatarstan Republic Ravil Muratov, the Minister of Economy and Production of Tatarstan republic Marat Safiullin, the Head of Kazan city Ilsur Metshin, Chief Executive of the State Housing Fund of the President of Tatarstan Republic Talgat Abdullin, the Assistant of the Prime Minister of Tatarstan Republic on small business issues Lena Khamzina, the Chief Officer of reconstruction, transport, utility and road department of Kabinet of Ministers of Tatarstan Republic Ildar Sibgatullin, the Director-General of “Nizhnekamsneftekhim” PLC Vladimir Busygin, the Director-General of Technopark “Idea” and others participated in the meeting.
