The President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin has approved amendments to the legislation aimed at reducing redundant requirements in the provision of public services.
The law, signed on Monday, is aimed at reducing the requirements for business entities related to the submission of certain documents and information.
In particular, the law eliminates the requirements to provide extracts from the unified state register of legal entities and the unified state register of individual entrepreneurs, because this information is already available to the public authorities.
“The changes will improve the conditions for entrepreneurial activity, reduce organizational and financial costs of business entities that arise in interaction with government, to improve the efficiency of public services, to expand the possibilities of using information technology and so on”, - stated in the message, published on the Kremlin website on Monday.
