On January 28, 2015 a meeting between President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Chairman of the Executive Board of RUSNANO Corporation Anatoly Chubais will be held in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan.
During the meeting an exhibition of products of RT enterprises, produced using nanotechnologies, will be in the lobby of the third floor of the Cabinet of Ministers of RT.
Enterprises, whose products will be presented at the exhibition, can be organizations-participants of creating Innovative Territorial Cluster in the field of nanotechnologies. The Cluster is focused on such priority sectors of the republic economy as petrochemicals, mechanical engineering and new materials, automation and instrumentation, medicine and pharmaceuticals. There are provided state guarantees for loans, participation in a program “Leasing-grant”, preferential taxation at the level of national taxes, in particular, property tax and profit tax for organizations-participants of the Cluster.
Total at the end of 2014, according to Tatarstanstat, enterprises of the republic (including R&D) produced 34 billion rubles products using nanotechnologies.
Technopark “Idea” is a leading organization in the Cluster. As of January, 2015 100 resident companies are located in the territory of Technopark “Idea”, where work about 1,800 employees.
Every year the volume of products, produced by Technopark’s residents, is about 7 billion rubles. Including in the total amount of manufactured products 80%, according to Tatarstanstat, is innovative and nanotechnology products.
The organizational structure of the Cluster in the field of nanotechnology will increase the volume of products, manufactured using nanotechnology.
A resident of Technopark “Idea-Yugo-Vostok” - company “Armastek-Idea” will present at the exhibition an alternative metal reinforcement, which is manufactured by innovative domestic raw materials.
Fiberglass reinforcement “Armastek” is fiberglass rods with diameter from 4 to 20 mm in any construction length with ribbed surface of spiral profile, consists of a glass roving bound polymer based on epoxy resin.
The company has 10 production lines with a total capacity of 22 million linear meters of reinforcement of various diameters in the year.
Currently there is being tested pavement slabs and plates under the beam pumps for oil wells with fiberglass reinforcement. After receiving the test results there will be prepared new specifications and the certification of the product.
Sample of unique material - nanomodified wood-polymer composite ORNAKOM - will be presented from Kazan National Research Technological University named after A.N. Tupolev (KAI).
Molded materials (boards, panels) with high strength and intended for use in the construction of individual housing and urban development (devices of decks, platforms, walkways, piers, manufacturer of garden equipment, furniture for wet areas, structural building materials, and so on; instead of pressure-treated lumber and timber) can be made on the basis of wood-plastic composite ORNAKOM.
Infrastructure project of Technopark “Idea”, created in cooperation with OJSC “RUSNANO”, Nanotechnology Center RT will present several projects, the first of which is the production of sulfur concrete. The project not only solves the problem of recycling of sulfur as inexpensive raw materials, but the main problems of road surfaces. Sulfur concrete has high resistance to aggressive environments, frost resistance, and better resistance to cyclic loads. In addition, there is the possibility of secondary use.
The second project, presented by Nanotechnology Center, is an application technology of additives for energy efficient polycarbonate. Technology gives the final polymer products from polycarbonate and polymethylmethacrylate energy saving properties by blocking near infrared light (heat energy). It is added in small amounts (0.02-0.1%) of the total volume.
During the exhibition will also be presented the developments of LLC “Danaflex-Nano”, LEDEL, LLC “Izvarino Pharma”, Scientific and Production Enterprise “GKS”, and Kazan Federal (Volga Region) University.
Pressure sensors KM35 will be presented by extraterritorial resident of Technopark “Idea” -Scientific and Production Enterprise “GKS”. The sensors have exceptional resistance to chemical and mechanical effects, as well as electromagnetic interference. The devices are equipped with advanced diagnostic functions: warning and alarm signals of critical values required for the monitoring process. Thanks to the diagnosis, you can monitor maintenance intervals and calibration.
The advantage of this model is aluminium and stainless steel. Design with welded measuring membrane does not require the use of additional seals that reduces maintenance costs.
The pressure sensor can be used at temperatures from -50 to +85 degrees Celsius.
