The Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises in the scientific and technical field (FASIE) is beginning the collection of applications for participation in the second stage of the competition “Commercialization”, which aims at providing grants in the form of subsidies for financing costs associated with the implementation of innovative projects, the results of which have the prospect of commercialization, with the exception of the costs on carrying out scientific and research, experimental-design and technological works.
The purpose of the competition is providing financial support to small innovative enterprises that completed the R&D for the development of innovative products and planning to create or expand production for its commercialization.
The grants are given to small innovative enterprises in the amount of not more than 10 million rubles, assuming 100% co-financing from extrabudgetary funds, which have passed the competitive selection to be eligible to receive the grant.
In the competition can participate entrepreneurs without legal entity and legal entities, acting for at least one year and corresponding to the Federal law of 24.07.2007 No. 209-FZ, have filed an application with the required documents in the information system of the FASIE. Please note that according to the results of the first stage of the competition, the applicants whose requested grant amount did not match the current financial and economic situation (revenue is several times less than the requested amount) got low valuation of the experts. In this competition the priority is given to businesses that already have a positive business reputation and experience of sales in the market.
Also, please pay attention to the need for providing in the application of the full package of required documents. According to the results of the first stage of the competition, 18% of applications were not approved by the formal criteria due to the lack of required documents.
In addition, please note that in accordance with article of the Federal Law of 24.07.2007 No. 209-FZ companies that already have at the time of application a valid contract under any other programs/competitions of FASIE, may not be supported by FASIE.
