On the 2nd of September, 2014 receiving competitive applications from small and medium-sized enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan for the provision of state support in the form of grants within the framework of the event “Development of equipment leasing: financing costs of small and medium-sized businesses to pay the first fee (advance) under the contract of equipment leasing (LEASING-GRANT)” has started. Receipt of applications will be accepted until October 2, 2014.
The program offers opportunities to obtain grants to entrepreneurs, concluded leasing contracts for the realization of business projects. Stated requirements allow applying for participation not only current, but also to startups.
In terms of selection program of 2014 year has been introduced innovations. The parameters of receiving grants have been changed for representatives of industrial platforms and entrepreneurs doing business in the field of agriculture.
The amount of grant today is:
- for startups - 45% of the amount of the leasing contract, but not more than 1 million rubles;
- for existing - 30% of the amount of the leasing contract, but not more than 3 million rubles;
- for existing that are realizing projects on the creation of family livestock farms in the framework of support program from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Tatarstan - up to 70% of the amount of the leasing contract, but not more than 3 million rubles;
- for residents of the industrial sites at municipal level - up to 50% of the amount of the leasing contract.
The participation in the contest implies the provision of documents, drawn up in accordance with the requirements. Applications are accepted by the Center for Support of Entrepreneurship of the Republic of Tatarstan to the address: office 125, 55, Moscow Str., Kazan, as well as the regional offices of the Center for Support of Entrepreneurship.
Time of reception of applications:
- Monday – Thursday – from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm
- Friday – from 9.00 am to 5.00 pm
The application includes the following documents:
- an application for grant;
- accounting and tax reporting of the legal entity of the last reporting date (other than registered in the current period);
- staffing of the applicant at the time of submission of the application;
- statutes (for legal entities);
- as well as PSRN, TIN, a reference of the tax authority, confirming the lack of entrepreneurial entity the obligation to pay the unpaid taxes, fees and other mandatory payments, an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.
The decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan from June 19, 2013 No. 416 (paragraph 7.6) has detailed list of required documents for beginners and existing businesses.
