On the 3th of September, 2014 the Centers of Youth Innovative Creativity of the Republic of Tatarstan (CYIC) signed the cooperation agreement with the Kazan National Research Technical University named after by A.N. Tupolev within the framework of the All-Russian Festival of Engineering.
The agreement provides for the creation of children’s Engineering Center (analog of Fab Academy), which will develop unified educational standards in CYIC of the Republic of Tatarstan, the introduction of STEM-techniques, methods of distance education, including programs for the development of robotics and electronics, training of managers and employees of CYIC, accreditation of children’s creativity sections as CYIC (brand protection).
Head of CYIC network of the Republic of Tatarstan Nikolai Nasonov presented to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Russian Federation Alexander Povalko, Ambassador of Germany in the Russian Federation Rudiger von Fritsch, the Rector of the Technical University of Ilmenau and Rector of the Otto von Guericke University Magdeburg, conception of the CYIC development – “MEGA-CYIC”, and told about ongoing trainings and developments of CYIC.
In addition, students of the Centers of Youth Innovative Creativity of the Republic of Tatarstan demonstrated their skills in working with modern equipment, the results of participation in different contests, and also handed to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan his toy 3D model.
