Today President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov and Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of the Management Committee of “RUSNANO”, CEO of the Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs of “RUSNANO” Andrey Svinarenko have discussed work on current and perspective projects in the field of nanotechnology at their meeting. The meeting was held at the House of the Government of RT. It was attended by assistant of Tatarstan President Airat Khairullin, minister of Economy of RT Midkhat Shagiakhmetov, CEO of Technopark “Idea” Sergey Yushko and others.
During the meeting were also discussed issues of further development of the Nanotechnology Center of the Republic of Tatarstan which was opened in November, 2012 with the participation and co-financing of “RUSNANO”. It is located at two sites – Technopark “Idea” and Technopolis “Himgrad”.
Rustam Minnikhanov and Andrey Svinarenko also discussed the popular science program “Master Innovation” which was held in Kazan organized by the Fund for Infrastructure and Educational Programs “RUSNANO”, Nanotechnology Center of the Republic of Tatarstan, Kazan National Research Technological University, Kazan Federal (Volga region) University and Kazan Nanotechnology Club.
