Kama Industrial Park “Master” has been successfully engaged for 9 years in the organization of cost-effective production of Tatarstan Auto Giant parts, the association of companies producing KAMAZ components, the convergence of automobile and components industry. During that time, the company has become an effective support tool for hundreds of businesses.
Kama Industrial Park “Master” started its history on the 29th July 2004. The Company received an opportunity to start and develop on the principles of parity of Technopark “Idea” and OJSC “KAMAZ”. The Park is located on 37 thousand sq. m. of former Remdiesel factory areas, a subsidiary of OJSC “KAMAZ”. In August 2005 areas of the industrial park were first rented by residents. By the end of the year all available premises were leased out.
As of today, 230 residents are located on 430 thousand sq. m. of the industrial park, where 4500 experts are employed. The industrial park supports the participants in the creation and development of their business, the formation of a special infrastructure for residents, the creation of favorable conditions for large and small-sized businesses cooperation, so that revenue of participant-companies of JSC “KIP “Master” only for 2012 made 32 329 million rubles.
