Applications for participation in the National Rating “Techuspech-2013” is considered to be open

JSC “Russian Venture Company” (RVC) and the Association of Innovative Regions of Russia (AIRR) in partnership with Vnesheconombank and Audit and Consulting Network PwC have initiated the formation of national rating of Russia’s high-tech and high-developing companies - “TechUspech-2013”.    

The main objective of the rating — to represent Russia’s high-tech and high-developing companies in the global market.   

TOP-100 Russia’s high-tech and high-developing companies will be selected in September, 2013. The leaders will be provided with a wide range of capabilities and tools for their product promotion. A special program within the Moscow International Innovation Development Forum “Open innovation” will be organized for managers of TOP-30 companies.  

The rating was published by JSC “RVC” and AIRR in collaboration with other Russian Development Institutes for the first time in 2012. The presentation of the rating was held in Moscow International Forum “Open innovation”.  The Rating Advisory Council consisted of successful Russian innovative entrepreneurs was organized on purpose.             

In 2013 PwC and Vnesheconombank are also participated as partners in the “TechUspech” rating formation. The PwC experts, drawing on a wide professional background and international expertise, will contribute to the formation of the rating methodology. Vnesheconombank will provide the participating companies with access to specialized programs for support of medium-sized industrial businesses, launched in 2013.    

The list of qualification criteria on participating companies ranking:

• The average R&D costs for the last three years (2010, 2011, 2012) shall make not less than 5% of revenues. 

• The average technological innovation costs for the last three years (2010, 2011, 2012) shall make not less than 10% of revenues. 

• Over the last three years a company has brought at least one new or significantly improved product or service to the Russian market. These products and services shall be company-owned, protected by copyright and based on the intellectual property. 
• The company’s share of revenues from the sale of new product/service for the last three years (2010, 2011, 2012) shall be on the average not less than 30%.  
• Revenue for 2012 shall be from 100 million rubles to 10 billion rubles.
• Annual average growth rate of revenue for the last three years (2010, 2011, 2012) shall be not less than 15% (CAGR).
• Minimum age of the company — 4 years.
