Today, on the 8th of November, 2012, an opening ceremony of two industrial productions located on industrial sites of LLC “Innovative production Technopark “IDEA-Yougo-Vostok” has been held in Leninogorsk. The opening ceremony was attended by General director of JSC “TATNEFT” named after V.D. Shashin – Shafagat F. Takhautdinov, CEO of Technopark “Idea” – Sergey V. Yushko, General director of Technopark “IDEA-Yougo-Vostok” – Robert Yu. Iljasov, representatives of Leninogorsk city authorities and other officials.
LLC “Armastek-Idea” – the Republican first shop of innovative construction materials – fiberglass reinforcement with a capacity of 12000 km of finished products per year. The fiberglass reinforcement is a good alternative to metal reinforcement and is being widely used in various industries meeting all the requirements of safety, reliability and quality.
Glass roving serves as a material for reinforcement. It is a bundle of continuous filament fiberglass. The roving differs in density – the number of fiber glass filament in a bundle.
The material is produced in Special Economic Zone “Alabuga” at plant built by JSC “TATNEFT”.
Start-up of production in LLC “Armastek-Idea” is an example of forming up the interaction between large and small-sized businesses. Glass roving, produced at Alabuga plant, is used in the shipbuilding and car industry, construction, communal services, car building. These industries, in its turn, are zones of activity of small and medium-sized businesses.
LLC “Idea-Mitall” – an enterprise engaged in variable metal shaped tube production with the capacity up to 10 000 tons of finished products per year. Currently, shaped tubes – a type of rolled steel have a great demand on the Russian market. Most of the tubes (up to 70%) are used in the construction. The rest – in the mechanical engineering, light and food industries, agriculture.
In addition, the event involved visiting a number of anchor residents of Technopark “Idea-Yougo-Vostok”, such as LLC “Agroidea” – production of agricultural machinery; LLC “Ecotop” – production of pressed wood chip briquette – wood waste based “euro fire wood”; LLC “IdeaShinTorgPererabotka” – scrappage of auto tyre and other rubber technical products.
Technopark “Idea-Yougo-Vostok” – a subsidiary of CJSC “Innovational production Technopark “Idea” and JSC “TATNEFT”. It is an industrial business incubator allowing the businessman to use the Technopark’s potential at a start-up stage: prepared areas, equipment and skilled staff for the solution of new businesses tasks without the diversion of own resources.
