Expert council was held within the III Forum of young citizens of the Republic of Tatarstan. The project defense before the Expert Committee of the Program was held on the Section “Youth Science and Innovation”. Within the Program “Idea-1000” in the category “Youth innovation project”, seventeen (17) presentations have been selected of 160 papers applied at the first stage. Projects were presented by students and young scientists not elder than 28 years old.
The Expert council included representatives of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan, Committee on the Development of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises in the Republic of Tatarstan, Directorate of Federal Target and Regional Programs, as well as representatives of the leading universities in the Republic of Tatarstan. It has been unanimously decided by experts that the participants should pay more attention to research and marketing parts of projects.
The Contest purpose: increasing the share of high technology business in the economy of the Republic of Tatarstan including through increasing the financing of innovative projects by the Fund of the Assistance and Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The competitive selection involved innovative projects, submitted to the Republican contest “The top 50 innovative ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan” and meet the requirements of one of the Program category.
Also, the VI Republican contest “The top 50 innovative ideas for the Republic of Tatarstan” took the applications in the category “Nanoimpulse”. To participate in the category there was an active submission of the projects on behalf of the applicants from the Republic of Tatarstan, regions of the Russian Federation and foreign countries, implementing their projects in the nanoindustry in the Republic of Tatarstan.
The category winners will have the opportunity to implement their projects in the Centre of Nanoscaled Technology, which is created on the territories of Technopark “Idea” and Technopolis “Himgrad”.
