August 12, 2010 results of the open competition (“Business-partner”) for the state contract with several participants on the implementation of research and development work on the practical application of the results for the “Universiade-
Organizers of the contest “Business-partner” are Foundation of Assistance for Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE) and Technopark “Idea”.
Goals of the contest are:

To assistance to small innovative enterprises on holding of research and development works on creation of innovative high technological goods and services which are claimed on the market and needed for decision of existing problems of industrial enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan including for new consumer niche connected with “Universiade
-
To activate of cooperation between small high technological companies and players of real economy sector of the Republic of Tatarstan (industrial enterprises, banks, financial and investment organizations) for the purpose of forming of partner relation which will create conditions for competitiveness increasing of domestic goods and development of import replacing production.
15 applications were submitted to participate at the contest. Evaluation and comparison of the applications were held by the Contest commission.
On the results of the open contest “Business-partner” the following applications were approved by the Contest commission:
1) “ATS” LLC does research and development of polymeric composition materials for use in a multilayer frame of multipurpose vessel on air cushion “Omega-
2) “RANLAIN+” LLC does development of production technology and standard solutions for the creation of light-emitting diode screens and media-facades on the basis of cluster of LED lines.
3) “HALEX-motosport” LLC does development and commercialization of specialized means of transport for carriage of passengers and cargo with clean hybrid engine.
4) “SPC “Plastmass” LLC does development of polyethylene wads and wads of containers for high-speed sport and hunting cartridges POZIS, industrial development and commercialization.
5) “Vector-navigator” LLC. Universiade is a virtual excursion on the basis of data of GLONASS (“Virtual guide”).
6) “Alcel” LLC does development of method and industrial plant for the regeneration of subsidiary filter materials of vegetable oils refining, removing the emissions of products of oil decomposition in atmosphere, during and after Universiade-2013.
Foundation of Assistance for Small Innovative Enterprises will pay for research and development work on the project for the state contract from the budget of the
Innovative Technopark “Idea” congratulates the winners and looks forward to further cooperation.
