A conference “Financial competence of young people” was held in Technopark “Idea” today.

Students and graduates were permitted to learn a lot about the basic principles of financial management, up-to-date financial instruments and the prospects of new profession of independent financial adviser during the conference.

The conference was organized by the world’s largest student-run organization AIESEC, Innovative Technopark “Idea” and Institute of Financial Planning.

More than 100 young people – graduates and senior course students - got opportunity to make the acquaintance of :

• Deputy of Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Tatarstan Andrey Pominov;

• Director-general of “AK BARS Capital” Aleksey Dorogov;

• Officer of the Research Finance Institute of the Budget and Treasury Academy of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation Ekaterina Galishnikova;

• Director-general of Innovative Technopark “Idea” Sergey Yushko

and also meet the representatives of transnational corporations and Russian companies during the conference.:

The conference also included master-classes and business-cases:

1) Master-class «Market of collective investment. Choosing the private investor»

Young participants acquainted with representatives of famous brand companies, learned a lot about prospects of market of collective investment, discussed the issues of private investment, got practical consultation from the leading companies specialists.

2) Master-class “Career. Your choice”.

Successful entrepreneurs of the Republic of Tatarstan, started businesses from the scratch, shared their experience, recommended some rules of doing business and provided the answers to the most interesting questions related to career and profession choosing.

3) Master-class «Financial adviser – profession of XXI Century».

Students and graduates of institutions of higher education of Tatarstan Republic were permitted to learn the basic principles of financial management and the prospects of new profession of independent financial adviser.

4) Business-case “A new stuff in the wire Internet market: effective financial solutions”

Students solved different financial cases by means of business games and were awarded with presents by Beeline.

Thank for the conference, young people of Tatarstan met with financial and business elite of the republic and learn a lot of interesting on alternative ways doing business in the Republic of Tatarstan, including the prospects of making a career in financial institutions, transnational corporations and innovative enterprises.

The conference gave the youth a comprehension of real life and pointed the opportunities to start your own business from the scratch.
