Meeting of Board of directors of JSC “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding” was held in Technopolis “Himgrad”.

On September, 7th, 2009 under the chairmanship of the Prime minister of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N.Minnikhanov has passed meeting of the Board of directors of JSC “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding”.

JSC “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding” was created in September, 1994 as the industrially-financial company uniting the largest enterprises of oilgaschemical complex of the Republic of Tatarstan.

The meeting has begun with presentation of objects of the Technopolis “Himgrad” to Rustam Minnikhanov: a checkpoint equipped with the modern monitoring system of access, the reconstructed administrative complex, a modular building, and also manufactures of profile residents.

It will be recalled that Management Company of the Technopolis is “Idea Capital” which is included into group of companies “Idea”.

During the meeting have been summed up activity of the Technopolis “Himgrad”, problems and prospects of its development are considered. The managing director of the Technopolis Albert Karimov has noticed that at the present time “Himgrad” is one of the first projects in 7 regions participating in realization of Program on creation of technoparks in sphere of high technologies in the Russian Federation. “Himgrad” is the first of all participants of the Program have placed in operation a modular building with already working manufactures. Albert Karimov underlined that a key component according to which build work with residents of the Technopolis is use principle of “one window”. “Himgrad” activity is focused on advancement of production of the residents not only on republican, but also on federal levels, including by participation in exhibitions, forums and competitions on reception of grants and leasing, and also joint projects with the state corporations.

According to Rustam Minnikhanov “Himgrad” is an attractive platform for businessmen, and for Kazan it is very important to create workplaces. The Tatarstan is petrochemical republic, here is good conditions, the good added cost. The Prime minister underlined the fact of necessity of preservation of specialization of the Technopolis consisting in placing in its territory of the enterprises with innovative manufacture which creating new workplaces receive tax and others preferences.

As of maintenance of residents of a platform with scarce raw materials, Rustam Minnikhanov charged to heads "Kazanorgsintez" and "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" to take this business under the personal control. On the other hand, these, and also other large enterprises of branch require every possible components necessary for technological process and reagents. Only "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" buys such production abroad on 150-200 million dollars a year. The head of the government of the Republic of Tatarstan suggested thinking over possibility of placing of corresponding manufactures in “Himgrad”.

Within the limits of the meeting director of Institute of organic chemistry of the Russian Academy of Sciences Michael Egorov told about perspective directions of researches in the range catalysis.

As Rustam Minnikhanov has noticed, now it is necessary to unite our efforts in development of researches as our local science has high potential.

Within the limits of discussion of a question on the concept of processing of the heavy oil rests oil refining factories of the Tatarstan director of “Engineering centre of petrochemical processing INTECO” Co Ltd. (Republic Bashkortostan) Gumer Telyashev has underlined that for a choice of the optimum scheme of deep processing of the heavy oil rests the analysis of experience of the Russian oil refining factories, saved up in last years is very important.

Rustam Minnikhanov thanked the lecturer for substantial performance and he focused attention that the considered questions deserve special attention. The Prime minister agreed with fact that depth of processing not always means its economic efficiency.

Also at the meeting general director of JSC “Tatneftekhiminvest-holding” Rafinat Yarullin told about prospects of application of the new material SPANBOND which release is adjusted in the Tatarstan.
