The youth innovative forum began from strategic dialog between head of Federal agency of youth affairs Vasiliy Yakemenko, first deputy chairman of Committee of youth affairs of Russian Federation State Duma Sergey Belokonev, first deputy minister of youth affairs, sports and tourism of Republic of Tatarstan Yusoup Yakoubov, deputy minister of education and science of RT Andrei Pominov, general director of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE) Sergey Polyakov, deputy director of strategy and perspective projects Department of Ministry of education and science of RF Evgeniy Knyazev and students, postgraduates of Kazan higher educational institutes.
State youth policy, cooperation of federal and regional structure, main directions of environment forming, youth and innovation sphere, youth and time challenges, youth movements were discussed during the dialog.
In the second part of the Youth innovation forum concrete instruments of youth policy realization in innovative sphere on federal and regional levels, and also cooperation “Youth-Business-Authority” were discussed.
In this discussion member of Bureau of coordination council of youth affairs in scientific and educational spheres of Council under President of RF of science, technology and education Evgeniy Onishchenko, chairman of youth scientists and specialists council of Kazan Ildar Mousin, assistant deputy of Sergey Belokonev, general director of Technopark “Idea’ and many other officials took immediate part.
In conclusion of the First youth innovative forum master-class on the subject of “Technological innovation and venture capital” was held by editor-expert of “Science and technology” department of “Profession-director” magazine, head of “Internet-portal “Venture Russia” project Arthur Nikkonen and general director of Pacific management company Andrei Kosolapov. Director-coordinator of Russian Venture Fair Igor Gladkikh was a moderator of the master-class.
