Dr. F.Shauff has defined the purpose of the visit to Republic Tatarstan so - development of mutually advantageous trade and economic and investment cooperation between Republic Tatarstan and the European countries. He has informed on problems and structure of Association of the European Business. In particular, he has informed that the Association is the independent noncommercial organization, is based in 1995 at the initiative of a number of the European companies registered in Russia, ambassadors of EU member states and the chief negotiator of Euro commission in the Russian Federation. The association unites more than 600 companies from the European Union and Russia, its structure includes large corporations, the enterprises of small and average business. Association problems are strengthening of economic relations between EU and Russia, aspiration to improve a condition for business work in the Russian Federation. In structure of Association more than 30 committees and working groups which assist on a wide spectrum of questions in various areas of business, including power, customs and transport spheres, air transportations, the legislation, bank sector and the taxation.
