Call for applications for the Strong Ideas for New Times forum, which will be held for the fourth time, is now open. The forum is organized by the Strategic Initiative Agency and the Roscongress Foundation, co-organized by the Bank for Development and Foreign Economic Affairs. An idea can be submitted on the idea.roscongress.rf platform until January 31, 2024. Then experts will select the top 1000 and top 100 ideas, and top bids will be presented to the country's leadership in March.
“The forum is always a new look at the challenges that our country faces today, and often a non-standard approach to solving problems. Based on the experience of past years, we see there are so many thinking and involved people in the country, concerned in the fate of Russia, in shaping its future. We hope that the ideas and bids submitted this year will be helpful in forming the country’s development strategy until 2036,” said Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, the Chairman of the Forum Organizing Committee Maksim Oreshkin.
“A direct open dialogue between society, the expert community, government and business, implemented within the framework of the forum, is a highly sought and promising mechanism for solving the country’s national problems. It is ensured, among other things, through comprehensive and effective measures of support to initiatives proposed by an increasing number of people,” said Aleksander Stuglev, Chairman of the Board and Director of the Roscongress Foundation.
“We look forward for applications from everyone who has proposals and projects to improve living standards, support entrepreneurial initiatives, in the field of technology and education. Each idea will be considered and assessed, traditionally, we will involve a wide expert community and regional management teams in this work,” noted Strategic Initiative Agency General Director Svetlana Chupsheva.
Ideas and proposals are accepted in the following categories: “Living Standards”, “Economic and Entrepreneurial Development”, “Space for Life”, “Effective Work and Education”, “Technological Development”, “Data Economy and Digital Solutions” and “Effective State”. Any resident of Russia can apply, to do this, just register on the platform and select the desired nomination.
