The first stage of the selection of projects in the federal programme “Student Startup” has started in the Technopark “Idea”. Experts from Skolkovo, Innopolis University, the Investment and Venture Fund of the Republic of Tatarstan, ICL, Flatstack, Incom, Elekon plant and others will study 447 projects submitted by young innovators from 11 regions of the Volga Federal District. Among the authors of the projects are residents of Samara, Penza, Kirov regions and Tatarstan.
Applications will be considered in 6 areas, for example, digital technologies, medicine and technology, health care, etc.
“Student Startup” is a new programme of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE). Following the results of the first stage, a list of projects recommended for financing will be formed. Then in Moscow, FASIE experts will study them again and determine a list of winners. In total, 1,000 winners will be determined within the framework of the programme, who will receive 1 million rubles each for the implementation of their project. It is planned that the results will be announced at the end of June 2022.
