The Regional Methodological Centre (RMC) for the development of the National Qualifications System (NQS) in the Republic of Tatarstan, Technopark “Idea”, held a round table on the topic “Development of the National Qualifications System in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2022”. The event was attended by following Qualification Assessment Centres (QACs):
- QAC of LLC “ST” (Council for Professional Qualifications (CPQ) in the field of welding);
- QAC of LLC “ECO” in the field of environmental protection (CPQ in housing and communal services);
- QAC of the housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan (CPQ in housing and communal services);
- QAC of State Autonomous Institution “Department of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction and Architecture” (CPQ in construction);
- QAC of the International Association of Horizontal Directional Drilling Specialists (CPQ in construction, CPQ in the field of engineering surveys, urban planning, architectural and construction design);
- QAC of LLC “Regional Engineering and Consulting Centre of Injtechservice” (CPQ in the elevator industry, lifting structures and vertical transport);
- QAC of the Ministry of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations of the Republic of Tatarstan (CPQ in the field of security in emergency situations);
- QAC of the Technopark “Idea” (CPQ in the field of nanoindustry, CPQ in the field of information technologies).
During the round table, participants shared successful cases to promote independent assessment of qualifications, including within the framework of the projects of the Base Centre of the Autonomous non-profit organization “National Agency for the Development of Qualifications”, discussed measures to popularize the NQS in the Republic of Tatarstan.
As a result of the meeting, it was proposed to:
- organize a joint meeting with the participation of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, RMC, CPQ and QACs, to discuss mechanisms for coordinating interaction;
- discuss a draft of Roadmap for the development of the NQS in the Republic of Tatarstan;
- sign agreements between the RMC and QACs, defining a direction of cooperation for the development of NQS in the Republic of Tatarstan.
