The collective application of the Technopark “Idea” was among the winners for the best implementation of the tools of the national qualifications system. Thanks to the victory, an agreement will be signed with “Idea” to carry out work on organizational and methodological support for the implementation of the programme in 2022. Also among the winners are the Regional Institute of Personnel Policy of the Irkutsk Region, the Interdisciplinary Centre for the Development of Qualifications of the Ural Federal University, etc.
The All–Russian competition of the Basic Centre of the Autonomous non-profit organization “National Qualifications Development Agency” was held on 4 projects (nominations): “National qualifications system - career designer”, “Professional examination for students”, “Competencies of the XXI century: definition, development and evaluation of general competencies” and “MENTOR Qualification”. “Idea” won in the project “Professional exam for students”.
Technopark “Idea” is a regional coordinator and participant of the project “Professional exam for students”. The project allows students of universities and vocational schools to test their professional skills and, if confirmed, receive a qualification certificate along with a diploma of study, thereby strengthening their positions in the labor market and becoming a sought-after specialist.
In 2020-2021, 8 educational organizations from Tatarstan took part in the project, 294 students, 64% of whom successfully passed the professional exam, 34 teachers took advanced training courses.
This year, students of such educational institutions as the Technical College named after. V.D. Potashov, Kazan National Research Technical University (KNRTU-KAI), Technical College at KNRTU-KAI, Kazan National Research Technological University (KNRTU), Kazan Technological College at KNRTU, “International Competence Centre - Kazan College of Information Technologies and Communications”. Professional examinations are conducted by Qualification Assessment Centres: LLC “SP BUSINESS CAR” (Council for Professional Qualifications in the field of automotive industry), Technopark “Idea” (Councils for professional qualifications in the field of nanoindustry and information technology).
