The Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE) announces the launch of the competition “Commercialization-2021 (XVI turn)”. The purpose of the competition is to provide financial support for innovative projects, the results of which have the prospect of commercialization.
The competition is aimed at providing grants to small innovative enterprises that have completed R&D and are planning to create or expand the production of innovative products.
The competition is held, among other things, within the framework of the implementation of the activities of the federal project “Acceleration of small and medium-sized entrepreneurship” of the national project “Small and medium-sized entrepreneurship and support for individual entrepreneurial initiative” in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 506 dated 26.04. 2019.
The main parameters of the support provided:
- A grant amount is up to 25 million rubles;
- Extra-budgetary co-financing (at the expense of own and/or borrowed funds) is at least 100% of the grant amount;
- A direction of support is the implementation of innovative projects, the results of which have the prospect of commercialization (expenditure items in accordance with the list of expenses approved by the Order of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation No. 680 dated 27.10. 2014);
- The project implementation period is 12 months.
Enterprises that meet the following requirements can participate in the competition:
- have a status of “Microenterprise” or “Small enterprise” in the Unified Register of SMEs (for applicants - legal entities);
- a head of the enterprise should not simultaneously participate (act as an applicant (individual), the head of the enterprise, the scientific director of the project) in other applications under consideration, as well as projects currently funded by the FASIE (the exception is the passage of acceleration programmes);
- the applicant must not have open contracts for receiving state subsidies with the Fund (in accordance with Article 14 of Federal Law No. 209-FZ of 24.07.2007 “On the Development of small and Medium-sized enterprises in the Russian Federation”).
Priority is given to enterprises:
- successfully producing products and planning to expand production;
- having a positive financial and economic history;
- having a confirmed demand;
- having established cooperation with large Russian businesses;
- implementing import-substituting projects;
- having experience in delivering innovative products abroad or planning to sell the project's products in foreign markets.
Applications are accepted from December 24, 2021 to 10:00 am (Moscow time) on February 21, 2022.
