On September 29, 2021 the HR-Forum “National Qualifications System’2021” will be held at the Technograd site at VDNH. The event will be held under the auspices of the National Council for Professional Qualifications under the President of the Russian Federation, with the support of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation. The Department of Entrepreneurship and Innovative Development of the City of Moscow is a co-organizer of the Forum.
The HR-Forum “National Qualifications System” is held annually and traditionally brings together top managers of leading companies, managers and specialists in the field of HR.
This is a platform where modern practices of personnel management, effective approaches to human resource management, best practices of using the tools of the national qualification system in companies, advanced HR management technologies, modern services and technological products for HR are presented.
Successful cases of the development of a system of mentoring and working with young people, managing the well-being of employees will be presented at the plenary session “HR in a changing world: the search for optimal solutions”.
The “HR tech” session will be devoted to the topics of HR analytics, forecasting the needs of the labor market and managing expectations, the prospects for the development of the HR tech market.
Representatives of federal executive authorities, industry associations of employers, heads and HR directors of Russia’s largest companies, leading Russian universities, heads of analytical centers and consulting organizations, experts in the field of human capital management, as well as owners and managers of technology companies creating digital solutions for HR are invited to participate in the HR Forum “National Qualifications System’2021” as speakers.
