Technopark “Idea” has signed a cooperation agreement with ANCES - the Spanish Innovation Centres Network, which has more than 35 members in all regions of the country. The document was signed by CEO of “Idea”, Oleg Ibragimov, and a member of the ANCES Foreign Affairs Council, Mr. Angel Prieto Sotos. It is assumed that within the framework of the agreement, ANCES will facilitate the entry of Tatarstan companies into the Spanish market by providing consulting services through its network members. On the other hand, “Idea” will advise small and medium-sized businesses planning to develop in Russia.
ANCES and Technopark “Idea” commit themselves to jointly search for international and European programmes that could help startups reach the international level and implement their business model abroad.
Within the framework of the agreement, it was also decided to create a working group, the main tasks of which will be the formation of joint projects, evaluation of incoming proposals and assistance in entering specific markets.
It should be noted that the signing of the agreement became possible due to the membership of the Technopark “Idea” in the European Business & Innovation Centres Network (EBN). “Idea” has been a member of EBN and an accredited business innovation centre as EC-BIC (European Community Business & Innovation Centre) since 2009, having passed a two-stage audit of experts from the European network.
The created infrastructure of the Technopark “Idea” requires constant assessment of its key indicators for its effective operation. The comparison of the performance indicators with the basic indicators of the EBN network showed that the activity of the Technopark “Idea” significantly exceeds the average indicators of the best innovation centres of the European network.
