On June 22-23, 2021 graduates of the College of Petrochemistry and Oil Refining named after N.V. Lemaev, studying by profession 15.01.05 A welder (manual and partially mechanized welding (surfacing)), took part in a federal project to combine an independent assessment of qualifications and the state final certification of students under programmes of higher education and secondary vocational education. The event was organized by the National Agency for the Development of Qualifications. 7 educational institutions of the Republic of Tatarstan are participating in this project in 2021.
The qualification exam “Welder of arc welding with a melting coated electrode (qualification level 2)” was conducted by the Qualification Assessment Centre of “NAKS-Kazan” in 2 stages - theoretical part and practical part - carrying out preparatory and assembly operations before welding and stripping seams after welding, manual arc welding (surfacing, cutting) with a consumable coated electrode (RD) of simple parts of non-critical structures.
Graduates who have successfully passed the procedure of the independent assessment of qualifications will receive a certificate of qualification and will be included in the all-Russian register of certified specialists.
