On June 16-17, 2021 specialists from the Qualification Assessment Centre of Technopark “Idea” held professional exams associated with the state final certification for the 4th year students of the Faculty of secondary vocational education and Kazan Technological College of the Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Kazan National Research Technological University”. The exams were held in two professional qualifications “Extruder operator (qualification level 3)” and “Technician for the repair of technological equipment for the production of nanostructured polymer materials (qualification level 4)”. 38 graduates took part in the exams.
Students who have confirmed their professional qualifications will receive certificates that will be placed in the unified all-Russian register, as well as the possibility of barrier-free entry into the labor market.
It should be noted that combining the procedures for the independent assessment of qualifications and the state final certification of vocational education students makes it possible to effectively and comprehensively assess the knowledge and skills of young specialists, even if they have little work experience.
In accordance with the Minutes of the meeting of the Presidium of the Council under the President of the Russian Federation on Strategic Development and Priority Projects No. 4 of April 11, 2017 (clause 4), an autonomous non-profit organization "National Agency for the Development of Qualifications" is implementing a project on the use of tools for independent assessment of qualifications during intermediate and state final certification of students in programmes of higher and secondary vocational education. Technopark “Idea” supervises this project in the Republic of Tatarstan.
