Prospects for the development of the independent qualification assessment system, the integration of this assessment into universities and enterprises were discussed today in the Technopark “Idea” by the representative of the professional community of experts Artur Salakhov, CEO of “Idea” Oleg Ibragimov, Deputy Chairman of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Tatarstan Artur Nikolaev and the head of the Qualification Assessment Centre in the nanoindustry Oksana Lampsi.
Artur Salakhov shared his experience in this area, the projects he implemented and the systems he developed. In turn, Oleg Ibragimov introduced the expert to the results of the activity of the Center for the Assessment of Qualifications of the Technopark "Idea". In particular, he said that in 4 years, professional examinations were conducted for more than 200 people-specialists in the nanoindustry industry.
“These are employees of our Tatarstan companies, for example, Danaflex-NANO, SMetrology Centre “STP”, Kazanorgsintez, and many others. In addition, students actively join the exams. Young people understand that successful delivery will allow them to have a competitive advantage over their peers. Because the certificate of passing the exam is a kind of quality mark for the employer and means that the student has the necessary theoretical and practical knowledge”, - said Ibragimov.
As a result of the meeting, a protocol will be prepared. It is also expected to participate in the development of a roadmap of the republic for the further development of the National Qualifications System.
