The results of the competition “Commercialization” of the Foundation for Assistance to Innovation (Moscow) were summed up. The grant is given to companies that have completed research and development and are planning to create or expand the production of innovative products. In total, according to the results of the competition, 82 applications worth 1.493 billion rubles were recognized as winners throughout the country. 9 Tatarstan projects received 142.8 million rubles.
Note that in total, two stages of “Commercialization (XI and XII)” were carried out in 2020, and the results of the X Commercialization were summed up, for which applications were collected last year and at the beginning of 2020.
“Technopark “Idea”, as a regional representative of the Foundation for Assistance to Innovation, conducts systematic painstaking work, which gives quite good results. In particular, two participants of the competition “Commercialization” have won this grant for the second time. These are the company “ESTEN”, a manufacturer of instruments, equipment and consumables for endosurgery, endoscopy, cardiac surgery and open surgery, and the company “RABIKA-Energosberezhenie”, a multidisciplinary manufacturing company that comprehensively deals with the issues of industrial energy saving. These are really advanced technologies, which are the future, and it is especially pleasant that such projects are being born and developed in Tatarstan”, - said Oleg Ibragimov, CEO of “Idea”.
Note that within the framework of the competition “Commercialization”, applications were accepted from legal entities and individual entrepreneurs who have experience in the production and sale of high technology products. The size of the grant for each project is up to 20 million rubles, the work must be completed in a year (2 stages of 6 months each), and extra-budgetary co-financing (from own funds or the investor's funds) – at least 100% of the grant amount.
