Scientific stand-up - Science talks #6 took place today in the Technopark "Idea".
Bright, talented graduate students of Kazan National Research Technological University told about their developments in simple language.
So, Alena Rybakova spoke on the topic “Microemulsions for targeted delivery of biologically active substances” and explained the functionality of the microemulsion and how its development can be used using the example of milk, familiar to everyone. For example, in the future, there is a possibility that insulin-dependent children will be able to receive drugs through a patch through microemulsion without resorting to traditional injections.
Participants of the battle also talked about new methods of targeted drug delivery, specific luminescent thermometers that can measure the temperature in various areas, including by spraying, etc.
As a result of the meeting, the winner was determined by sms-voting - Daria Gubochkina, who presented the flocculation cleaning of oil-containing systems.
Summing up the results of the event, the Dean of the Faculty of Chemistry and Polymer Technology in medicine and cosmetics, KNRTU Dilbar Sultanova noted that such events are useful both for students and postgraduates who develop presentation skills in a new format, and for teachers.
