Today, a delegation from Haier (Naberezhnye Chelny) headed by Liang Bozhan, Director for Quality and Technology, was with working visit in the Technopark “Idea”. The guests got acquainted with the history of the formation of the Technopark, the activities of resident companies, as well as the capabilities of laboratories. CEO of the Technopark Oleg Ibragimov noted that “Idea” is open for cooperation and is ready for interaction. In turn, Liang Bozhan said that the Technopark’s team consists of highly qualified specialists: “We noticed that you have the team of professionals. I hope that there will be an opportunity for further close cooperation between our organizations, in particular, for training specialists”.
Note that in March 2014, Haier began construction of its first Russian plant. The Kama Industrial Park “Master” in Naberezhnye Chelny was chosen as the production site. This plant became the first joint Russian-Chinese project that is not related to the raw materials industry. Investments in it exceeded $55 million.
