A project to develop and test mechanisms for using an independent qualification assessment for intermediate and state final certification is being implemented among students of secondary vocational education. The project involves educational institutions of the secondary vocational education in Tatarstan, industry Councils for professional qualifications, the National Agency for the Development of Qualifications, the Ministry of Digital Development of Public Administration, Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan and Technopark “Idea”.
In particular, from June 8 to 10, 2020 specialists of the Technopark’s Qualification Assessment Centre are taking the professional exam, associated with the state final certification, for two professional qualifications: “Extruder Operator, 3rd Level of Qualification” and “Technician for Repairing Technological Equipment for the Production of Nanostructured Polymeric Materials (4th Level of Qualification)” for students of the 4th course of the Secondary vocational education Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Kazan National Research Technological University” and Kazan College of Technology of the KNRTU.
Traditionally, the exam is held in two stages – theoretical and practical.
On the first day of the exam, 31 students answered the test questions. 29 of them passed the theory and went to the second stage, where they demonstrate practical skills for their qualifications.
