A seminar on the subject of «Business-incubator: move to perfection» will be held in Technopark «Idea» in July, 15-16.

Non-profit partnership “Institutes of small- and middle-scale businesses development”, Project TASIC EuropeAid/121018/C/SV/RU and Innovative Technopark “Idea” (Kazan) are organizers of seminar “Business-incubator: move to perfection”.

Prime-minister of the Republic of Tatarstan, Minnikhanov R.N., Director of department of state regulation in economics (Ministry for economic development), Sharov A.V., directors of business-incubators of Nizhny Novgorod, Udmurt, Penza, Vologda, Tambov, Saratov, Murmansk, Vladivostok, Chelyabinsk, Belgorod and other regions will take part in the seminar. Also representatives of executive authority Russian Federation regions responsible for support and development of small- and middle-scale businesses and scientific community representatives will be invited to the seminar.

There will be discussed questions about government support of small- and middle-scale businesses arrangements realization, assurance of business-incubator activities, adoption of business-incubator's performance criterions. During the seminar will be introduced a project “Business-incubator management system” including business-processes description, also there will be introduced results of several successful regional business-incubators activities.
