Today, Science Talks has taken place in the Technopark “Idea”. This is the event where young scientists compete in the mastery of presenting their own project and development. This event is being held in the Technopark for the second time and is aimed at popularizing science.
During the evening, 6 speakers came out to the microphone – masters and postgraduate students of the Kazan National Research Technological University, who presented scientific developments to the audience. The topics of performances were completely different: from quantum dots to microcapsules for targeted drug delivery.
The peculiarity of the presentation was that the participants were not teachers – candidates and doctors of science, but the same university students who once again made sure that science was definitely not boring! And besides, we can talk about it interestingly and captivate the audience.
Note that today, for the first time, the winner was determined by sms voting among the audience. According to the results of the event, Elena Kashina, a third-year postgraduate student of the Department of Physical and Colloidal Chemistry, was recognized as the winner. According to listeners, today she presented the topic “Magnetic flocculate (a chemical substance intended for purification and clarification of water in pools, water parks, etc. - from the Technopark “Idea”) for bio-applications best of all.
