Lectures on the cultivation of artificial meat, the use of stem cells and bioprinting of organs and tissues will be held on February 18, 2020 at the Technopark “Idea”. The event, entitled “Medicine of the future is already in Kazan”, will feature specialists whose knowledge and skills are internationally recognized. Experts, including Professor of the Department of Genetics, Kazan Federal University, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Ph.D. (University of Nevada Reno, USA), Honorary Professor of Fundamental Medicine, University of Nottingham (Great Britain) Albert Rizvanov, General Director of “ArtMit” LLC Askar Latyshev, Senior Researcher, candidate of biological sciences Elena Zakirova and participant of the summer school of the Finnish Institute of Molecular Medicine (Helsinki) Maria Abyzova will talk about how to translate all scientific experience into practical medicine, create the food of the future and what can now be printed on the 3D printer, and which tasks have not yet been solved.
