90 innovative projects of young people from 13 cities of Russia these days are defended in the Kazan Technopark “Idea”. Students, postgraduates, young scientists from Voronezh, Anapa, Chelyabinsk, Perm, Samara, Kazan and other cities in the final of the project “UMNIK” are fighting for the opportunity to get 500,000 rubles for the implementation of their ideas!
Among the projects is the development of a design for obtaining plant extracts, modern methods of protecting firefighters, as well as technological opportunities for learning to surf, etc.
“The projects presented by young entrepreneurs these days are really interesting, bright and breakthrough ideas that have passed several stages of selection. Now is the last stage of full-time defense. After that, the best works will be submitted for consideration to the competition committee in the Foundation for Assistance of Innovation (Moscow) and will be able to receive half a million for the project. But this is just the beginning of a long journey. With successful implementation, the guys will be able to receive grant funds, which are millions of rubles, to develop their project and replicate it”, - said Oleg Ibragimov, CEO of the Technopark.
Project protection will last until November 22, 2019 inclusive. It should be noted that the participants of the program “UMNIK” are students, graduate students and young scientists under the age of 30 years. The Foundation for Assistance to the Development of Small Forms of Enterprises in the scientific and technical sphere finances the implementation of projects aimed at carrying out research and development projects.
The purpose of the program is the state support of young scientists seeking self-realization through innovative activities, as well as attracting young people to participate in scientific, technical and innovative activities, preparing scientists for the creation of small innovative enterprises.
