Today, graduates of the basic department of a partner enterprise of LLC “Techstroy” of the Faculty of technology, processing and certification of plastics and composites of the Kazan National Research Technological University (Kazan Chemical and Technological Institute) have an unusual exam in the Technopark “Idea”. The guys passed the professional exam on the “entry qualification”: “Technologist for the production of nanostructured polymeric materials” (6 level of qualification).
The entry qualification is a qualification given to young people who enter the labor market for the first time, and does not impose strict requirements on work experience.
The exam checks and evaluates the readiness of university graduates to work in a particular field of activity, which allows the employer to save money on staff recruitment and reduce the risks of the production process. Those who pass the exam successfully, in turn, get an opportunity for further employment in the enterprise. All these factors contribute to increasing the competitiveness of each participant in an independent assessment of qualifications in their field.
Today, during the professional examination the expert commission additionally included the specialists of the partner company LLC “Techstroy” as technical experts, as experts in the assessment were the specialists of the Qualification Assessment Centre in the nanoindustry of CJSC “Innovative and Production Technopark “Idea”.
Note that the exam was held within the framework of a pilot project to expand the portfolio of services provided by the Centre for Qualification Assessment in the nanoindustry in the direction of “Conducting an independent assessment of qualifications for basic departments of universities in the framework of training qualified personnel for enterprises of the nanoindustry or related high-tech industries”.
