Today, professional exam for compliance with professional qualifications among the employees of the company “FERRY WATT” was held in the Technopark “Idea”. The exam was the culmination of training organized as part of a pilot project to expand the portfolio of services of the Qualification Assessment Center in the nanotechnology industry of Technopark.
Workers confirmed compliance with professional standards by professional qualifications: “Specialist in the organization of the production process of applying nanostructured PVD coatings” (6 skill level) and “Specialist in the organization of the production cycle control for producing nanostructured PVD coatings” (7 skill level).
The knowledge and experience of the employees were evaluated by the expert commission of the professional examination, which included technical experts from the Center for Qualification Assessment in the nanoindustry – Candidate of Chemical Sciences, Head of the International Activity Department of Kazan National Research Technological University Anna Ebel and the Head of the section of LLC “OPU-30” of the oilfield service company “Mirikko” Roman Kamalov.
