The purpose of the competition is to provide financial support to small innovative enterprises in the amount of up to 20 million rubles subject to 100% co-financing from extra-budgetary funds that have completed the R & D stage and planning to create or expand production of innovative products.
The competition is held within the framework of the implementation of the federal project “Acceleration of small and medium-sized businesses” of the national project “Small and Medium-Sized Businesses and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiatives” in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 26.04.2009 No. 506.
Enterprises having the status of “Microenterprise” or “Small Enterprise” in the Unified Register of SMEs, and enterprises that do not have open contracts with the Foundation can take part in the competition.

Please note that extra-budgetary funds can be spent on salaries of employees directly related to the implementation of an innovative project.
Applications are accepted from 10:00 am (Moscow time) on July 22, 2019 to 10:00 am (Moscow time) on September 30, 2019.
