How to enter the profession? The answers to this question were sought today by the participants of the extended meeting of the working group on the implementation of the “Entrance to the Profession” program. The program is implemented for graduates of the Kazan Technological College and the Faculty of Secondary Vocational Education of KNRTU.
The meeting was attended by the Deputy Chairman of the Council for Professional Qualifications in Nanoindustry Olga Kryukova, Head of the Project Office of the NP “Interindustry Association of Nanoindustry” Sergey Ionov, CEO of Technopark “Idea” Oleg Ibragimov, Head of the Qualifications Assessment Center of Technopark “Idea” (QAC) Oksana Lampsi, representatives of Kazan National Research Technological and Kazan National Research Technical Universities, Kazan Technological College, Kama Innovation Territorial Production Cluster, specialists of plant “Kazanorgsintez”, “Tekhstroy” LLC, JSC “Elecon Plant”.
Olga Kryukova welcomed participants of the meeting. “The QAC based on the Technopark has always been basic for us. I am very pleased to participate in the work of this meeting today”, - she said.
During the event, the technical experts of the working group identified the most relevant for entering the profession labor functions of qualification that are “Extruder Operator” (Level 3 qualification) and “Technician for the repair of technological equipment for the production of nanostructured polymeric materials” (Level 4 qualification).
Recall that the first such meeting was held on March 21, 2019. According to the results of the decisions taken, the methodologies of the faculty of KNRTU (KKhTI) and Kazan Technological College have developed adaptation versions of Sets of assessment tools taking into account the recommendations of technical experts and the methodology of conducting procedures of the professional examination “Entrance to the Profession”, approved by the Council for Professional Qualifications in nanoindustry.
Today the results of the examination of the adapted sets of evaluation tools and the possibility of organizing the State final certification with their application were discussed at the meeting.
The results of the meeting identified the following stages of further work:
- to finalize the sets of adapted assessment tools, taking into account the comments,
- to begin preparatory work on the formation of a pool of technical experts for the State final certification,
- to begin preparation on registration of the organization of carrying out the State final certification.
