The prize is awarded for outstanding scientific achievements in the field of engineering sciences and a significant contribution to the development of priority branches of science and industry to young scientists (under 35 years of age) who perform research in scientific organizations, industrial enterprises or educational institutions located in the Republic of Tatarstan.
Materials for the award should be issued in accordance with the Procedure for nominating candidates, submitting papers and formalizing materials that can be found on the website of the Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Tatarstan.
