First Deputy Minister of Economy of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustem Sibgatullin told about the measures to support start-up entrepreneurs and self-employed citizens at a briefing in the House of Entrepreneur. “Our task is to support and let people know that it is necessary to come out of the shadow”, - he said.
For this purpose, the Ministry of Economy implements such educational programs as: “The Alphabet of the Entrepreneur”, “School of Entrepreneurship”, “Mother entrepreneur”, “Business class”, “You are an Entrepreneur”. Good results were also shown by such forums as “Reset”, which was attended by more than 6,000 people.
Since 2017 the Entrepreneurship Support Fund together with the Ministry of Labor and Employment has been implementing an educational course “Business Planning of Entrepreneurial Activities”, aimed at training the unemployed citizens of business plans and their public protection before the Commission for the purpose of receiving subsidies in the amount of 117,600 rubles.
More than 80 people have been trained for 1.5 years, half of them have registered their business, received subsidies and successfully work in areas of particular relevance for the “self-employed” (beauty salons, studios, designers, travel companies, legal and accounting consultants, auto repair, etc.).
Due to the above-mentioned training programs, potential entrepreneurs are provided with all opportunities to reveal their abilities in the field of business.
If a project is successful, the self-employed goes into the status of an individual entrepreneur or LLC, can hire employees. Thus, it opens up new opportunities for obtaining state support in the form of soft loans, leasing, microloans, grants, factoring services, market promotion, including international, support in the field of Internet trade and many others.
